Le Grenier à Pain Zhengbenyuan was founded in Paris in 1998 by renowned French master baker Michel Galloyer. The brand has won accolades such as Le Figaro’s “Best Baguette in France” and has been a bread supplier to the Élysée Palace. In 2018, its first store in China opened at Beijing WF Central, and today it has six locations across the city, bringing authentic French artisanal baking into people’s everyday lives.
